Paste screen shots into PowerPoint without re-sizing

Sometimes you need to copy and paste screen shots of a software application or web pages into a PowerPoint presentation.  This is a common process for computer software tutorials. The problem is, the screen shots are almost always a different size to your presentation so you end up re-sizing every image after you paste it to a new slide.

This free PowerPoint Skills tutorial shows you how to re-size the presentation template to match your images so you can paste hundreds of screen shots without having to re-size them - great for software product demonstrations.

When you show this presentation to your customers, powerpoint will manage the display size and it will look absolutely perfect in presentation mode.
