The PowerPoint skills required are minimal. You should be capable of creating great PowerPoint master slides and adding graphics and components to templates, making your layouts stylish, consistent, and easy to manage.
Part 1 of this tutorial covers some basic principles related to layers in PowerPoint, and how the slides are built for maximum effect. After this video, Part 2 will take you into a live demonstration of building these templates in PowerPoint.
